Four Cheese Ravioli with a Simple Tomato Butter Sauce

Enjoy our cheesy ravioli in this simple tomato butter sauce, simple and quick to make but sure to leave all the dinner plates empty.
Four Cheese Ravioli with a simple tomato butter sauce

Serves: 2

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1  bag Ottimo 4 Cheese Filled Pasta
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • Black pepper and salt
  • Handful of shredded basil leaves, plus extra to serve

Method:

1. Grate the tomatoes on the coarse side of a box grater and place into a pan with the butter. 

2. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 - 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened up slightly. Stir through the shredded basil leaves.

3. Cook the Ottimo pasta for 4 minutes until cooked.

4. Drain and place back into the pan with the sauce. Toss everything together to combine then serve straight away with some extra basil leaves.
